This service provides minor home repairs. Required forms are available at the above address, or any senior nutrition center and can be completed via telephone. An applicant can expect an elderly specialist to make the initial visit to assess the services needed. Once approved, the manager will contact the client.

• Must be Chickasaw
• Must be 60 years of age or older
• Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation
• Elder must be homeowner of home in need of repairs
• Home needing repairs must be primary residence of elder

• Client must be at home at time of service
