Celebrate Fitness is a national initiative where tribal youth lead the promotion of active living and healthy eating in their communities and find ways to celebrate successful results. The program is free to Chickasaws or Chickasaw Nation employees and family. It is open to the public for a $15 monthly fee. Required forms are available at the above address.
